Dr. Stefan is a graduate of the University of Medicine and Pharmacy in Bucharest, Romania where she received her Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree in 1994. Before opening the dental office in Stockton, California, Dr. Stefan has been in practice for several years in Seattle, Washington.
